Product Overview
A galvanized wall-mount platform and drainage-pan assembly for water heaters up to 20 gallons. Includes one two-pack hanger strap kit and the ETB-2-GA expansion tank bracket kit.
Wall-mount fasteners are installer supplied. Recommended platform anchorage is six 3/8 in or 1/2 in wood lag screws; the source mounting detail shows six 1/2 × 3 in hex lag screws. Anchor to the faces of vertical structural studs, not horizontal cross-blocking.
Water heater, expansion tank and wall-mount lag screws are not included. One strap kit means two straps, not two kits. Component ratings are separate and must not be added together.
